As a Farmers Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing customer relationships. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored insurance solutions that best fit their individual situations.

This position requires someone who is highly motivated, organized, and a self-starter. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

On Target Annual earnings are Up to $110,000 per year

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide them with personalized insurance solutions
• Educate clients about their insurance options and provide them with the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions
• Build a book of business by networking and generating leads
• Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Previous sales experience is a plus

If current Life and Health Licenced = $125 Bonus

Must be willing to Take and pass Background and P & C Licence With in 1 month of hire.

Licensing Study Materials will be provided. Tests will be reimbursed up to 3 times.
